Q. Is transportation provided?
A. No, guests provide their own transportation. You are therefore able to move at your own pace and visit the wineries in any order that you wish.
Q. Are motor coach busses, limos, & shuttles welcome?
A. Yes! Groups are welcome, however, we ask that if you have 15 or more in your group that you call ahead.
Q. Are tickets available the day of the event?
A. Yes, however, in order to allow the wineries to prepare accordingly, only a limited number of tickets are available on event day.
Q. Is there any specific order that the wineries should be visited?
A. No, guests are able to visit the wineries in any order.
Q. Can the visits be split up over the weekend?
A. No, Route du Vin events are 1 day only.
Q. Where are overnight accommodations?
A. There are several wonderful options here in Wine Country at Chaumette Winery & Charleville Vineyard. Additional lodging available in Ste. Genevieve & Farmington. Check out www.visitstegen.com & www.discoverfarmingtonmo.com for details.
Q. What is included in ticket price?
A. Ticket price includes a wine & food samples at each winery stop, a souvenir wine glass, and event day special pricing on purchases.
Q. What if I need to refund my ticket?
A. Simply send an email via the Route du Vin Website. If it is received within the allotted time, your ticket price will be refunded. If received outside of allotted time, you will receive tickets for a future Route du Vin event.
Q. What if the weather does not cooperate?
A. If the event needs to be cancelled due to weather, we will post a message on our Facebook page and send an email to the email account we have on file. All ticket holders will be refunded their ticket price.
